Our Governance Committee
We have 6 local members on our Governance Committee, who are elected at the AGM. The primary role of the Governance Committee is to provide leadership by setting the strategic direction of the organisation.
To enable the Committee to carry out its responsibilities on a day-to-day basis the Manager has delegated authority to implement the organisations strategic direction and overall management of the organisation, by implementing our annual plan, updating and developing new operational policies, managing staff and service delivery, meeting regularly with the Chairperson and providing regular management reports to the Governance Committee.
